Headquarters of the Tunisian General Labour Union - UGTT

The project concerns the construction of the new headquarters of the Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT). This administrative building includes 2 basements, a ground floor, and 6 floors. It was designed to house UGTT's institutions and provide a functional and modern space for its activities.

Project Specificity:
  • Deep excavations of approximately 10 meters required the implementation of significant safety measures. To protect neighboring structures (adjacent buildings and public roads) from any risk of movement or subsidence, 24-meter-deep contiguous piles were installed along the entire length of sensitive areas.
