RENOVATION AND EXTENSION OF THE ZINA UNIT

The renovation and extension project of the ZINA unit in Oued El Hajar, Kelibia, was successfully completed in only 6 months, managing to modernize and increase the production capacity of this tomato processing unit while handling significant technical and environmental constraints. This project included the execution of all necessary works for such a plant, including special works such as a settling tank, a reactor, a filtration unit, and a comprehensive deep process network with pipes and special fittings, taking into account the presence of a water table.

Scope of Work:
  • - Construction of CFA piles for the foundation.
  • - Earthworks.
  • - Demolition of existing structures to be renovated or extended.
  • - Various works, potentially finishing or specific fittings.
  • - Waterproofing works.
  • - Supply and installation of metal elements (framework, support structures, etc.).
  • - Installation of PVC and HDPE piping for fluid networks (water, sanitation, etc.).
Project Specificities:
  • - Tight deadline for project completion: 6 months.
  • - Complex phasing for execution of all works, notably the deep process network with pipes and special fittings, considering the presence of a water table.
