NATIONAL LIBRARY - SECOND PHASE

The project consists of extending the building housing the National Library of Tunis by adding three main blocks: a storage block dedicated to book storage, a reading block intended for the public with various specialized rooms, and an administrative block housing offices and services.

Scope of work:
  • - Earthworks.
  • - Construction of a general raft foundation between 50 to 100 cm thick for the three blocks.
  • - Construction of the reinforced concrete structure.
  • - Construction of solid slab floors 25 cm thick.
  • - Facade coating works with plaster over an area of 10,000 m².
  • - Installation of marble, stoneware, and tile flooring and wall coverings.
  • - Implementation of acoustic and thermal solutions.
  • - Installation of false ceilings and technical floors.
  • - Painting and interior finishing works.
