AZUR CITY SHOPPING AND LEISURE CENTER

The project involves the construction of the main structure of a shopping and leisure center, an ambitious architectural work covering 90,000 m² of indoor space. This center includes over 600 underground parking spaces, a 9,000 m² hypermarket, 95 shops, a play area, 8 cinema rooms, and a food court.

  • Earthworks and excavation

Project specifics:
  • This large-scale project required the installation of five tower cranes, including two on rails, to execute over 60,000 m² of slabs requiring 33 expansion joints.
  • Execution of 13,500 m² of composite slabs with 16-meter spans, a technique developed by SBF.
