Since 1930
Started in 1930, Bouzguenda Frères is a construction company (Buildings & Public Works), a leader in the sector in Tunisia and with a strong international reputation.
SBF, enriched by more than 90 years of experience, continues to develop by making quality, safety and sustainability the centers of its concerns. Thanks to its qualified staff, its resources and its know-how, SBF has several hundred achievements to its credit, ranging from civil and industrial constructions such as hospitals, high schools, hotels and bank headquarters, to special works such as factories, power plants and football stadiums, including hydraulic structures, bridges and roads

1930
The late Ahmed Bouzghanda
The roots of the BOUZGUENDA company date back to the end of the 19th century. The late Ahmed Bouzguenda took over with his own company created in 1930, marking the starting point of a family entrepreneurial adventure.
1960
Mohamed Bouzguenda
After years of the death of the late Ahmed BOUZGUENDA, his eldest son Mohamed took over the family business in 1960 and breathed new life into it, continuing his father's work.
1970
Abdelaziz Bouzguenda
He joined his brother Mohamed BOUZGUENDA. Together, they transformed the family business into a structured company, Société Bouzguenda Frères (SBF). This step marked a professionalization of the company, with a more formalized legal organization and management.
1985
AL Ikama
It dates back to the end of the 19th century with the creation of the Bouzguenda Company.
ElIkama, a subsidiary of the SBF group created in 1985, is dedicated to real estate development by promoting ergonomic and comfortable housing. Thanks to the expertise of its professionals, it aims to offer the best value for money on the market and has built more than 1,500 homes to date.
1996
S.O.M.A.T.P
SOMATP, in a joint venture with COLACEM, operates a quarry located about thirty kilometers south of Tunis. The quarry covers a significant land reserve. Its products are intended for professionals in the construction, ready-mix concrete, prefabrication, trading, and asphalt plants.
1997
Special Works Foundations
FTS, a subsidiary of the SBF group specializing in deep foundations and special works, was created in 1997 to ensure the group's autonomy in this field. The company has distinguished itself by its competence, seriousness and competitiveness, carrying out several technical works in compliance with the standards in force.
1999
Ahmed Bouzguenda
He succeeds his father Mohamed BOUZGUENDA as co-manager of SBF. This appointment demonstrates the Bouzguenda family's desire to perpetuate the entrepreneurial legacy and entrust the reins of the group to the new generation.
2006
Prefab Industries
Préfab Industries, created in 2006 under the name SICEP Tunisie, is a company specializing in the design, production and installation of prefabricated prestressed reinforced concrete systems.

Delta Motors
DELTA MOTORS Leading company in the import and distribution of equipment and machinery for public works, construction, mines and quarries, handling and industry in Tunisia. Created in 2011, it has established itself as a key player thanks to its commitment to quality, innovation and customer satisfaction.
Today, the SBF group is a major player in the construction sector in Tunisia and an internationally recognized player. It presents a pole of construction companies grouped around five main businesses: Buildings & Public Works, Special Foundations, Quarry Operations, Real Estate Development and Prefabricated System Solutions.
