IMMOBILIER RÉSIDENTIEL LE TRIANON

Le Trianon est un bâtiment résidentiel de prestige situé sur les berges du lac de Tunis. Avec une surface couverte de 18 000 m² et implanté sur un terrain de 9 000 m², ce projet immobilier propose 66 appartements de très haut standing. Il comprend également un sous-sol de 6 500 m² dédié aux stationnements et aux espaces de rangement. Le Trianon se distingue par son architecture soignée et ses finitions de qualité, offrant un cadre de vie luxueux avec vue sur le lac.

  • - Travaux de maçonnerie pour l'élévation des murs et des cloisons intérieures
  • - Travaux de pose des revêtements de sols en marbre et en grès
  • - Travaux de pose des revêtements muraux en grès
  • - Travaux de réalisation des enduits monocouches sur les façades extérieures, avec intégration d'éléments en pierre reconstituée
  • - Travaux de pose du mur rideau en aluminium sur la façade
  • - Travaux d'aménagement paysager pour la création du jardin de 3 000 m² sur la dalle du sous-sol, incluant les systèmes de drainage
