Project Specificities:

The unique aspect of this project lies primarily in the context of its execution during the COVID-19 pandemic, which necessitated constant adaptation of working methods, team management, and site logistics to cope with health restrictions (social distancing, worker absences due to lockdowns, etc.). Despite this context, the project's completion on schedule in January 2022 demonstrates the effectiveness of the methodology employed.
