RENOVATION OF THE MUNICIPAL SWIMMING POOL OF BELVEDERE IN TUNIS

The renovation project of the Belvedere Municipal Swimming Pool in Tunis was completed in a very tight 6-month timeframe. It aims to modernize and bring up to standard this historic sports and leisure facility located in the heart of Belvedere Park. The work includes the refurbishment of the pools, modernization of technical installations, rehabilitation of changing rooms and restrooms, improved accessibility, enhancement of surrounding areas, and reinforcement of safety measures. The goal is to quickly deliver a high-quality, comfortable, and safe swimming pool for the residents of Tunis within this constrained time frame.

Scope of Work:
  • - Construction of CFA piles for the foundation.
  • - Careful demolition of structures to be removed, preserving existing facades.
  • - Reinforced concrete works.
  • - Prefabrication of bleachers.
  • - Raising of the pool bottom.
  • - Road and utility works (VRD).
  • - Installation of coverings provided by the Client.
  • - Painting and various finishing works.
Project Specificities:
  • - Delicate demolition work to preserve existing walls and architectural character.
  • - Record deadline for project delivery: 6 months.
