This single-lot project involves the construction of the Tunis Cultural City, the largest cultural building in Tunisia. This multifunctional complex hosts a rich variety of spaces dedicated to art and culture, designed to welcome a broad audience and diverse forms of artistic expression. It includes three theaters, exhibition spaces, rehearsal rooms, two cinemas, an auditorium, a National Museum of Modern and Contemporary Art, a National Puppet Art Museum, a House of the Novel, a House of Poetry, a Translation Institute, and other cultural facilities.
