The formwork mason is an artist’s work! In addition, he intervenes on all types of construction sites. The interventions, such as foundations, slabs, floors, manufacture and installation of formwork, masonry or concrete walls, are as diverse as the techniques and materials make the formwork mason a qualified professional with a wide range of skills.
In order to meet its customers’ expectations in terms of quality of execution, SBF has created its own training center “in modern construction techniques” since 2014 in partnership with GIZ. This center was set up to meet SBF’s needs in Skilled Labor, include young unemployed people in a productive and sustainable circuit and strengthen the “Learning Company” concept.
Thanks to its team of trainers composed of former professionals of the company who have been trained on educational aspects, this training will allow the transfer of know-how to young people and the learning of construction techniques according to the trade standards and the rules of the Art such as: masonry, formwork, laying coating, etc.
This center also provides our execution and management teams with training and technical development programs, which strengthens their skills and qualifies them to provide services and products that meet our customers’ expectations.
