SBF, the contractor in charge of the “Structures” task of the project (with a time limit of 10 months), has suggested and produced, as an alternative to the traditional solution, and due to the short execution time, a prefabricated beam with a precast concrete slab and compression slab cast-in-place.
The work also included the replacement of foundations of wells with short piles cast-in-place.
At the suggestion of SBF, the facades were made in Glass Reinforced Concrete instead of the Thala marble that was initially planned.
