The project consists of an administration, a training center, a multipurpose room, an accommodation unit, a restaurant, a kitchen, a parking lot in the basement and technical rooms. The project was carried out in a single task divided as follows:
- Civil engineering task: Structural work and second work
- Task: Roads and infrastructure works
- Task: Electricity and fire safety
- Task: Heating Air conditioning and sanitary plumbing
- Task: Kitchen
