Construction of Hasdrubal Prestige Hotel Thalassa II

Construction of a building consisting of a garden, a ground floor and 2 floors over a total surface area of ​​100,000 m2, including 24,000 m2 for the thalasso and fitness center. The project is executed in such a manner as to create a central space arranged into an oasis and opening onto the coastline.
The building includes 258 suites, a hall or reception area, an atrium for community activities and 4 restaurants. Streams connect the different divisions of the hotel.
The fitness center uses the “three waters” (fresh, thermal and Marine).
Achieved work: general earthworks, foundations, reinforced concrete and various concretes, masonry, waterproofing coatings, various common coatings (window sills and thresholds…), waterproofing insulation and expansion joints, carpentry (wooden frames and prefabricated frames, aluminum and non-ferrous metal), plumbing, heating, air conditioning, fire detection, security and sanitation networks. The facades were executed in architectural concrete with special metallic molds and resin and silicone formwork skin.
