An ambitious architectural work
On the suburban edges, The SBF team carried out the structural works of the main trade and leisure center in Tunisia; a 90,000 m2 hatch structure with more than 600 parking space in the basement, 9,000 m2 for Hyper market, 95 shops, a play ground, 8 cinemas and a Food-court.
A site of exceptional scale
A set of floors formed by more than 33 joints through the installation of 5 boom cranes about 60 m, two of which are fixed on rails allowing their movement according to the progress of the work.

13,000 m2 of 16 m span floors are executed by the new technique of mixed floors developed by SBF.
