The evolution of SBF has experienced not only a noticeable development, during the last fifteen years, at the Tunisian and regional level, but also the evolution of techniques and means of construction. This has resulted in the consolidation of its national base and a progressive expansion abroad.
International SBF is particularly emplaced in Africa and intends to use all of the Group's know-how there.

The challenges

Medenine – Ras Jedir motorway

One of the major challenges faced during the project is to successfully complete it despite the difficulties and cases of force majeure experienced in the region of the site. All the SBF teams were mobilized for this project to meet the expectations of its users.

Construction of the new headquarters of the Tunisian-Libyan bank in the northern urban center of Tunis

One of the major challenges faced during the project was the execution of a 02-meter peripheral console at the level of the terrace floor at a height of 30 meters from the ground.

The precast prestressed hollow core slab technique was also used to obtain large free areas without intermediate vertical carriers for meeting rooms and boardrooms with bearers of 13 meters.

The facade of the building was created as a ventilated facade with marble stapled to the entire building envelope using approximately 10,000 pieces of marble.

AZUR CITY shopping and leisure center

The execution of this complex on time reflects the expertise of the SBF team who succeeded in responding fluidly to the challenges of this site, despite the challenges of technical coordination.
